We help you choose dependable equipment and keep it working well.
The purchase price is only part of the decision when you’re replacing equipment in a commercial building. You also need to know if it can do the job well and what support will be available after installation. We help you compare commercial HVAC products with those questions in mind so you can make an informed choice without having to sort through unfamiliar specifications on your own.
Equipment for everyday building needs
Our commercial HVAC products include furnaces, boilers, heat pumps and air conditioners, along with refrigerators and freezers for businesses that need refrigeration. We work exclusively with commercial properties. Whether you manage an apartment building, office or shopping centre in Collingwood, Ontario, we can help you select a make and model suited to the property. Tell us what your current equipment is doing well and where it’s falling short.
Installation with your operations in mind
Replacing equipment takes coordination, especially when people are using the building. At L&B Mechanical, we handle installation and work to limit disruption to your operations. We’ll discuss the work with you so that you know what to expect. Our role is to take care of the equipment while you keep track of the building’s other needs.
Support after the equipment is installed
Our work with commercial HVAC products continues beyond installation. We provide repairs and maintenance, including service contracts that keep professional care on the schedule. We also offer 24-hour emergency service for urgent equipment problems. If you’re considering a replacement or have questions about your existing system, call us to talk through the next step.
At L&B Mechanical, we offer commercial HVAC products in Barrie, Alliston, Midland, Orillia, Collingwood, Gravenhurst, Muskoka, Toronto, Kitchener, and Simcoe County, Ontario.
